Love Japanese food? Today post is about a
best and newly opened Japanese restaurant in town. Yuzen Japanese Restaurant is
located at Damansara Perdana (Nearby Ikea). If you are Japanese food lover, you
should come to visit this place.
Yuzen Japanese Restaurant is serving high
quality Japanese foods with reasonable price with cozy ambient. You even can
request for a private room without any charges. Thanks to Food Ink for the
invites to let me try out this Japanese restaurant.

When comes to Japanese foods, freshness of
the ingredients is very important. When think of Japanese foods, the first
thing in our mind would be sashimi or sushi. But today’s post, there’s no any
sashimi or sushi. I am going to review something special in Yuzen Japanese
Restaurant.
Salmon Ikura Tataki- Rm28
Start from the starter, thick and fresh
salmon match with some onions and fresh greens. How can you resist this?
Tuna Takaki Avocado- Rm22
The combination of tuna slices, avocado and
fresh greens. It’s so refreshing to eat as a starter. Healthy and refreshing.
Crab Meat Chawan Mushi- Rm10
Unlike other Japanese restaurant’s Chanwan
Mushi, Yuzen’s Chawan Mushi is super smooth and it melt in my mouth. If you try
it, you gonna come back for this again. Trust me!
Surume Oka Teriyaki (Squid)- Rm20.50
Highlight of Yuzen restaurant, squid
grilled to perfection. Eat with the special homemade sauce; you will definitely
fall in love.
Chicken Katsu Tororro- Rm25
This is also another highlight and must-try
dish in Yuzen Japanese Restaurant. Look at the sauce of top of the dish. Nah!
It’s not egg white. Guess what? It is Japan yam. There’s a special way to eat
this, mix it and taste it. The stickiness of the yam make the whole dish taste
good and special.
Salmon Teriyaki- Rm18
Salmon is always my favorite. Salmon
perfect pairing with mash potato and salty sweet sauce. Just nice. I love this.
