believe everyone heard about Signature, The Roof before. Signature is located
at Bandar Utama. It is a trendy and premium gastro- lounge where award- winning
signature cocktails and some other international premium beverages are being
served. Not only beverage, Signature is serving different kind of unique dishes
such as steak, lamb shank, spaghetti and so on. It is definitely
an unique fine-dining place for all of us.

Introducing
the Signature’s highlighted dish of the month -- Cod & Co. It is pan seared black cod served with a
mound of buttery mashed potatoes surrounded by fresh prawns, mussels, squid and
bread crab cake drizzle with savory seafood sauce. Cod fish is pan seared to
perfection. It tasted good with the sauce and yet it is very fresh.
However,
just an awesome dish is not enough to make a perfect meal, you can also just
top up Rm20 to enjoy a glass of Terrazas Reserva Chardonnay with your cod. Nothing
is better than have a glass of wine when you have your cod fish as dinner. This
promotion is start from 21st March 2016 to 15th May 2016.

to forget about cocktails from HIDE. You can enjoy the cocktails in 3 different
flavors which are strawberry, lychee and peach. These cocktails are priced at
Rm30 for one and Rm50 for two.

fresh strawberries.
Lychee
Ice Globe contains vodka, triple sec, lychee liquer, monin lychee syrup and
lychees.
Peach
Ice Globe contains vodka, triple sec, bols peach, monin peach and fresh peaches.
Signature
is definitely an ideal and classy joint for social gatherings and events. With stunning view of the night city and the
wonderful dishes, I really had a great dining experience in Signature, The
Roof.
