Today's review is all about Wondermama
which is located at Bangsar Village. Wondermama is a fusion restaurant, but
some of the people call it The Modern Mamak. Why say so? Because it takes
Western favourites and gives them an Asian twist, and adds Western flavours to
typical Asian dishes. It is a kind of fusion food. The prices for the food are
quite reasonable.
What we order was Mama Salt Egg Fried
Rice [RM14.90]. It tasted good. I felt like I were home when I ate this. Move
on to Chicken Katsu Burger [Rm14.80], another main dish that we ordered. Tartar
sauce and Tongkatsu sauce are the mixture of the sauces in the burger which I
also no idea what sauces are that. But anyway, it’s delicious.
For our dessert, we have WM’s Chocolate Ice Cream with Beef Bacon. Sounds weird right? But actually it tasted not bad. The combination of the sweet and salty tasted special.
The service was fast and their staffs
were friendly. Environment is nice and friendly. It
gives off a more warm and homely ambiance. What I like the most is their ceiling
actually is a menu. There is also outdoor dining area which looks attractive.
Oh yeah! You can get discount on every
Monday to kick away your Monday blue. Sounds great right? Yay or nay? Just try
it yourself. Everyone is giving good comment for this restaurant. ;)
