Looking
for wifi connection during travelling can be very hassle and inconvenient as
not every tourist spot have wifi connection. If you planned to use data roaming
it will be very costly.
The best
solution for this issue will be “Wiyo”. Wiyo is an international wireless communication services company providing
short-term data rental (i.e. Pocket WiFi rental) to outbound travelers of
Malaysia while abroad for business or leisure.
Wiyo charge 1 flat daily rate that is up to 64% cheaper and
10times more data allowance( even unlimited data allowance for certain
countries )when comparing to the usual Roaming DayPass of mobile operator.
Another advantage of Wiyo is internet access can be available
anywhere rather than wifi connection is just at a fixed place. The internet
connection can also be shared among friends and family as the pocket wifi can
connect up to 10 devices.
It is
very easy and convenient to get your Wiyo pocket wifi. It can be divided into 4
procedures.

Online Booking
It is
very easy to make an online booking for the Wiyo pocket wifi.
Step 1: First
log on to www.wiyo.my .
Step 2:
Select your destination , departure date and return date.
Step 3:
After that, the pocket wifi specification and unit price will be shown and
select the quantity you need and then click “Next”.
Step 4:
You can choose to add on power bank if you need it and then click “Next”.
Step 5:
You can either login or continue as guest checkout. Fill up all the detail and
double confirm on the date and product you want. You can select the collection
and return method. There will be deposit payment. Click “Next” after you done.
Step 6:
The booking summary will be appeared. After confirming all the details are
correct then you can proceed to online payment. There are various bank can be
choose from.
Step 7:
After payment is done you will receive an email regarding the booking information.
2. Pick
up/ Delivery
There
are 3 methods on pick up.

Pick up
at Wiyo counter that located at KLIA2 Arrival Hall Level L2-13 on the departure
date.
·
Wiyo
officer will contact you and send the device to you at KLIA 1 departure hall on
departure date and time.
·
Wiyo can
arrange courier to your designated address within Klang Valley (KL) area 1 day
before your departure date.
3.
Departure
The
pocket wifi is fully charged and you can just enjoy using it!
4.
Return
There
are also 3 methods of returning the Wiyo pocket wifi
·
Return
to the Wiyo counter located at KLIA 2 Arrival Hall L2-13 after landed in
Malaysia.
·
If you
landed in KLIA 1, Wiyo will arrange their officer to collect from you after you
landed.
·
Wiyo can
arrange courier to your designated address within Klang Valley (KL) to pick-up
your device between 09:00 - 18:00 one day after you returned to Malaysia.
It is
actually very easy to get your Wiyo pocket wifi by just following this guide.
